Asia-Pacific — Global live brand storytelling agency INVNT has announced key appointments to its APAC leadership team, welcoming Darren Vaughan as Director of Production, Australia and Stephen Davey as Executive Producer. These strategic additions come as the agency accelerates its expansion across the Asia-Pacific region.

INVNT has recently delivered high-profile brand experiences for clients including Xero, Netflix, SAP, ByteDance, and produced this year’s AFC Asian Cup Draw Ceremony. The agency’s growth in the region reflects rising demand for large-scale, immersive live events and brand experiences.
Darren Vaughan, joining as Director of Production, brings over three decades of experience in media and live event production. Vaughan has held senior roles at Fourth Wall, Limelight Events, and drv creative, leading award-winning campaigns for brands such as Penfolds, Microsoft, Australia Post, Walt Disney Company, Toyota, and Cadbury. His expertise in brand strategy, production, and client service will strengthen INVNT’s creative and operational capabilities across Australia.
Stephen Davey, appointed as Executive Producer, has extensive experience delivering high-impact live and televised events, including a decade-long creative partnership producing NRL State of Origin series and the NRL Grand Final. Most recently, he led production of the 2025 NRL Grand Final in Sydney, featuring a performance by Teddy Swims that set new broadcast viewership records.
Coinciding with these appointments, Fiona Pullen has been promoted to Vice President of Production, APAC, following her successful tenure as Head of Production. Her promotion highlights INVNT’s commitment to nurturing internal talent while maintaining best-in-class production standards.
