IDfy has appointed Dr. Tridib Mukherjee as its new Chief AI Officer, reinforcing the company’s focus on building advanced, science-backed AI systems to power digital trust infrastructure.
With over 15 years of experience leading global AI and Data Science initiatives across gaming, transportation, cloud, and public technology sectors, Dr. Mukherjee brings deep expertise in personalization systems, fraud detection, risk intelligence, and large-scale decisioning models. He has authored more than 70 research papers, holds over 40 patents, and has earned major accolades including the AWS AI100 Leader award, Aegis Graham Bell Award, and Amazon AI Conclave Innovation award—cementing his position among India’s top applied AI leaders.

Dr. Mukherjee’s appointment comes at a pivotal time as IDfy accelerates the development of frontier AI models to strengthen identity verification, fraud prevention, workflow automation, and system-wide decision intelligence. His expertise will help embed advanced AI deeply across IDfy’s platforms, elevating the performance and reliability of its products.
Before joining IDfy, Dr. Mukherjee oversaw a 45-member AI and Data Science division at Games24x7, where he led initiatives in personalization, fraud detection, and responsible AI. He previously led research at Conduent Labs and completed his PhD and Postdoctoral studies at Arizona State University.
