Hakuhodo Inc., a global agency headquartered in Japan, has established MarTech Data Labs in India. Shweta Sharma has been named the new CEO. She oversaw the development of products in media operations and e-commerce analytics while serving as Chief Business Officer of AdGlobal360 India, a digital marketing firm with headquarters in Gurgaon. She is well-known in the online retail sector.
Hakuhodo Data Labs India will operate out of Gurugram. The move was followed by the launch of e-Genie, an omnichannel e-commerce media optimization platform developed in collaboration with global CPG brands. With sei-katsu-sha as its guiding principle, e-Genie was created via a joint venture between Hakuhodo Japan and AdGlobal360 Innovation Lab. It is designed to provide an exceptional Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS). It gathers a multitude of complex, hybrid, and raw signals from campaigns conducted on different platforms. It produces more in-depth insights that enable brands to better allocate their budgets, adjust their prices, and enhance their marketing tactics for use on various digital commerce platforms.
Shweta has demonstrated her ability to lead innovative products in media optimization and eCommerce analytics, and she brings unmatched experience to her new position. With a ROAS enhancement of up to 18%, the deployment of e-Genie for global CPG clients has shown improvements. Hakuhodo Data Labs is dedicated to releasing more products, including media optimization and data analytics tools designed for businesses, in order to build on this success.

According to the company, e-Genie processes a wide range of raw, complex, and hybrid signals from campaigns across multiple platforms.
