Ford Motor Company has named Andrew Gregory as Marketing Director for Ford Middle East. He will succeed Pedro Simoes, who is leaving his position to become Managing Director of Ford Philippines. In his role, Andrew will oversee the expansion of Ford and Lincoln’s brands and their strategic direction in the Middle Eastern market. His goal will be to fulfill Ford’s long-term objectives in the region. These consist of customer relations, performance, and innovation.
Gregory has been promoted to his new position from Brand Marketing Lead. In his prior position, he was in charge of all Ford nameplates, or visual brand identifiers, and he spearheaded strategic initiatives for all car programs in addition to promoting cross-regional cooperation and advancements.
Gregory has worked at Ford Middle East for more than ten years. He has risen through the ranks at Ford Middle East, holding positions such as Brand Marketing Manager, Product Marketing Manager, Sales Manager, and Fleet Sales Manager. Gregory brings a wealth of experience, knowledge, and insight of the customer journey that is so essential to Ford’s vision. According to Ford, he has a deep understanding of the Middle East region. Gregory’s appointment will take effect on December 1st, 2024.
