FCB London Appoints First Ever Client Services Director

FCB London has announced the promotion of Joe Pirrie to Client Services Director and Emily Whiteaway to Managing Partner as the agency strengthens its leadership team for 2025. These promotions follow a period of growth and notable client wins in 2024, with Joe and Emily set to oversee account teams and support the agency’s expanding client roster.

Joe Pirrie, who joined FCB London in 2018, steps into the newly created role of Client Services Director. Renowned for his ability to build and lead both local and global teams, Joe has played a key role in driving new business across various categories. Beyond his strategic expertise, he is a valued team member, admired by colleagues and clients alike.

Emily Whiteaway, previously Senior Business Director, has been elevated to Managing Partner. Having started as a Senior Account Manager a decade ago, she now leads FCB London’s government client portfolio. Her dedication and efforts have significantly contributed to the agency’s success, making her an inspiration to junior team members.
