Faber-Castell India has announced the appointment of Sunaina Haldar as Director – Marketing. Based in Mumbai, she joins the company following her tenure at ADF Foods.
In her previous role, Haldar served as Head of Marketing – India & International at ADF Foods, where she led marketing initiatives for brands such as Ashoka, Aeroplane, Camel, and ADF Soul across multiple global markets. She was also instrumental in building and scaling ADF Soul, a relatively new packaged food brand from the company.
With extensive experience across FMCG and D2C sectors, Haldar has held key leadership roles throughout her career. She earlier worked as Vice President – Marketing at SleepyCat, where she managed brand, content, and performance marketing to drive business growth.
At Tata Consumer Products, she led marketing, new product development (NPD), and CRM for Tata SmartFoodz, contributing to the expansion of the Tata Q brand through a digital-first strategy.
Her professional journey also includes stints at The Hershey Company, Vodafone, and General Mills, where she handled brand strategy, product innovation, and consumer marketing initiatives. She began her career in consumer insights and research, building a strong base in brand and communication strategy.
