ElevenLabs Launches First OOH Campaign In India To Spotlight AI Voice Agents For Customer Support

Delhi, 25 February 2026: ElevenLabs has unveiled its first out-of-home (OOH) campaign in India, marking a strategic brand milestone during the India AI Impact Summit week.

The week-long campaign features billboards across Delhi NCR, including high-visibility placements at Delhi Airport and key arterial roads such as Indraprastha Marg. Timed alongside the Summit, the campaign reaches a concentrated audience of heads of state, policymakers, global technology CEOs, enterprise leaders, investors, and startup founders convening in the capital.

ElevenLabs India Debuts AI Voice OOH

Building the Voice AI Agent Category in India

Anchored in the message “ElevenLabs — The Voice of Customer Support,” the campaign positions the company as a leader in human-sounding, contextual voice AI agents designed for India’s multilingual customer base.

Creative installations at airport baggage belts display familiar IVR prompts such as “Press 1 for English…” — a format instantly recognisable to Indian consumers, often associated with long, frustrating wait times — before cutting through with a simple message: “Speak to your customers the way they speak.”

In another visual, the phrase “Please hold” appears boldly struck through, accompanied by the line: “AI agents that never put your customers on hold” — reinforcing the promise of instant, seamless interactions.

Across the city, billboards feature everyday conversational Hindi lines like “Bhaiyya… delivery update kya hai?” — reflecting how real customer interactions actually sound across India, where conversations are direct, informal and deeply rooted in local language.

As AI adoption accelerates across Indian enterprises, customer experience has emerged as a key transformation priority, yet voice remains one of the most under-optimized channels. Multilingual complexity, accent diversity, and real-time conversational nuance continue to challenge traditional IVR systems and rule-based bots, often resulting in slow, impersonal, and frustrating support experiences.

ElevenLabs addresses this gap through advanced voice AI agents capable of delivering natural, context-aware conversations at enterprise scale across Indian languages.

Expanding Expressive and Multilingual Capabilities

The campaign coincides with the rollout of Expressive Mode in Agents and expanded language support. ElevenLabs now supports over 70 languages globally, including 11 Indian languages — Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Gujarati, Malayalam, Punjabi, Urdu, and Assamese — enabling more natural and responsive voice interactions.

Strengthening Commitment to India

This campaign marks ElevenLabs’ first large-scale outdoor brand initiative in India and is designed to build awareness around its voice AI capabilities in the market. Over the past year, the company has built a 13+ member go-to-market team in India and is working with leading platforms such as Meesho, Cars24, Apna, 99acres, TVS Motor Company, Urban Company, Mahindra, JioStar, and Pocket FM, particularly in conversational AI and multilingual customer engagement workflows.

With this campaign, ElevenLabs signals a clear ambition: the future of customer support in India will speak the way India speaks.
