His leadership has shaped brand storytelling, accelerated product marketing, and scaled performance across verticals like Payments, POS, Platform, and Engage.

Panda also previously held dual responsibilities between 2021 and 2023 as Director of Marketing and Head of Business for Razorpay’s emerging business segment—guiding both marketing for key fintech products and taking on P&L ownership for the SME vertical.

Before his Razorpay journey, he made notable contributions at NestAway Technologies, climbing the ranks to become Head of Marketing. He also brought in global experience from his time as a brand research consultant with Kadence International in Jakarta, and began his career with an internship at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories.

An alumnus of IIM Raipur, Panda graduated as a gold medallist and furthered his education at HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management in Germany.

With this promotion, Razorpay strengthens its leadership bench as it continues to build deeper connections with India’s rapidly evolving business and startup ecosystems.
