Dabur India has promoted Rajiv Dubey to Vice President, where he will be in charge of brand activation and experiential marketing initiatives. In this expanded role, Dubey will build on his existing responsibilities in media strategy and execution in a calculated move to increase consumer engagement.
Dubey will continue to lead in media strategy and execution while concentrating on developing immersive brand experiences that strengthen Dabur’s relationship with its clientele. Dubey will now concentrate on developing dynamic brand experiences. Dubey has been a key player in Dabur’s media spending strategy across TV, digital platforms, print, radio, and outdoor advertising.
He oversees the allocation of media funds across multiple platforms and channels, such as digital, print, radio, outdoor, consumer, and trade activations, with the goal of achieving maximum return on investment and brand growth for the company’s varied assortment of brands. Dabur has improved Dubey’s skill set and experience in over three decades in a variety of roles. Media planning and buying, digital transformation, mar-tech, new age media and technology, and emerging best practices are among his core competencies.
Dubey has been an integral part of Dabur’s media landscape since joining the company in 1994 as a media manager. He played a key role in the founding of Adbur, Dabur’s internal agency. He has also worked with well-known newspaper associations like the TOI and major broadcasters like AIR, DD, ZEE, and STAR Network. He also managed the media planning for Dabur Ayurvedic and Dabur Foods, which were planned independently.
