Citizen Relations has appointed Domenique Raso as Creative Director, where she will help shape and lead the agency’s creative strategy.

Raso joins the agency from Courage and brings more than 18 years of experience across leading creative agencies. Her career includes previous roles at DDB, BBDO Canada and No Fixed Address, where she worked alongside Citizen Relations Chief Creative Officer Josh Budd.

Throughout her career, Raso has led campaigns focused on social causes and audience insights for prominent global and Canadian brands, including Sephora, North York General Hospital, Right to Play, PepsiCo and CIBC.

The appointment comes as Citizen Relations continues to expand its presence across North America, with growth initiatives focused on key client accounts such as Labatt, Nestlé and Procter & Gamble.

Commenting on the appointment, Chief Creative Officer Josh Budd said, “I’ve been a fan of Dom as a person and as a creative since our paths first crossed at NFA. As PR mandates continue to broaden to become primary architects of the story we’re telling versus just amplifiers, I am excited to have her perspective at the table as part of our creative leadership.”
