Mandeep Sharma has been named as the National Head of Cheil India’s business with Samsung, according to a statement from Cheil India. He will answer to Cheil SWA’s COO, Sanjeev Jasani. His areas of expertise include CRM, customer engagement, sales, and product management.
Mandeep is a seasoned marketer with over thirty years of experience, having handled various positions in both the agency and brand sectors. CRM, customer engagement, sales, and product management are his areas of expertise. Sharma led MRM, one of McCann World Group’s fastest-growing disciplines, prior to his time with Cheil India, according to the agency. He previously worked for Ogilvy One and Thompson Connect (JWT).
Sharma’s duties will include determining and developing novel approaches and frameworks to assist Samsung in adapting to the constantly shifting marketing environment. He will combine Cheil’s capabilities to lead integrated marketing campaigns for Samsung India, a major client. Mandeep Sharma will be tasked with the responsibility of identifying and developing novel strategies and systems.
