Pidge has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Arpit Bansal as Head of Marketing & Growth. In his new role, Bansal will spearhead the company’s marketing initiatives and growth strategy across India.
Bansal shared the career move through a LinkedIn update, marking the next phase of his professional journey in the digital and growth marketing space.
Prior to joining Pidge, Bansal spent close to five years at Paytm, where he most recently held the position of General Manager from October 2023 to November 2025. During his tenure, he progressively moved through leadership roles including Deputy General Manager and Assistant General Manager, contributing to key strategic and growth initiatives.
Before Paytm, Bansal worked as a Business Consultant at Evalueserve, focusing on market entry, expansion strategies, and go-to-market and route-to-market planning. His earlier experience includes serving as Chief Manager at Sterlite Power, where he handled strategic and market intelligence responsibilities.
Bansal also brings extensive experience in market research and competitive intelligence from his time at Escorts, where he worked as Manager – Market Research and Intelligence. Earlier in his career, he was associated with Futures First as an Analyst and began his professional journey as a Software Engineer at Mastercard, gaining early exposure to technology-led business solutions.
With a background spanning technology, consulting, fintech, and infrastructure, Bansal brings a strong blend of analytical thinking and growth leadership to Pidge as the company continues to scale its operations nationwide.
