Adform Strengthens UK Sales Team With Two New Appointments

London, UK, 4th October 2025: Adform, the most powerful and safe media buying platform built for game changers, today announces the appointment of Liz Hiscoke and Digby Fordham as Sales Directors, and promotion of Kinga Szczerska to Senior Account Director. Propelling Adform’s continued market expansion, these appointments will strengthen the platform’s relationships with UK agencies and brands in key verticals. This includes expanding awareness of Adform’s industry-leading omnichannel DSP and empowering clients with measurable outcomes across fast-growing channels such as premium video, Connected TV (CTV), digital out-of-home (DOOH), and audio.

Liz brings a proven track record of commercial acumen and deep relationships in the advertising technology and media space, including over a decade of success forging agency partnerships. She most recently supported international sales at Cluep, an AI-driven mobile and desktop advertising platform, and directed business development for Encore Digital Media, where she delivered strategic growth and orchestrated its market entry in the US. Liz will leverage her network to build Adform’s connections with the foremost holding companies and independent agencies, helping them in meeting key client objectives.

With nearly 15 years of industry experience, Digby is a veteran performance marketing expert. Most recently, as a director at THG Ingenuity, he led commerce solutions for global brands, and previously managed enterprise sales at impact.com across EMEA, with prior senior roles at Yieldify and Incubeta. Digby will focus on developing Adform’s relationships in strategic brand verticals and evangelising the measurable media value its solution enables.

In her new role, Kinga will continue to strengthen Adform’s client operations by driving account growth through game-changing activations. Together, these appointments will play a pivotal role in enhancing partnerships with agencies and expanding Adform’s footprint with regional brands in the south, helping clients optimise their digital media and scale with the growth of the omnichannel opportunity.
