New Delhi, 18th May,2026: .Havas Media India, the media agency of Havas Media Network India, conceptualised and executed a first-of-its-kind radio campaign to mark Hyundai Motor India Limited’s (HMIL) 30th anniversary in India. For the day, Radio Mirchi 98.3 FM, India’s No. 1 FM network transformed its on-air identity to 98.30 (Thirty), a creative tribute to three decades of HMIL’s journey in India.
The campaign was built around a simple but powerful idea renaming the frequency itself into the milestone across 20 cities across India.
FM 98.3 became FM 98.30 (Thirty), giving millions of listeners an immediate and tangible way to experience Hyundai’s 30-year legacy. Havas Media India further amplified this with dedicated prime-drivetime roadblocks from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM, during which the airwaves were filled with stories, memories, and moments that define three decades of Hyundai in India.
Established on May 6, 1996, Hyundai Motor India has grown into one of India’s most trusted automotive brands, having sold over 13.5 million units including 9.6 million domestically and 3.9 million exported to over 150 countries. Having served as Hyundai India’s media agency for 16 years, Havas Media India designed this activation to go beyond conventional brand communication turning a brand anniversary into a shared national moment that people could genuinely feel.
