Equativ has elevated Amy Bornong to the role of Senior Director of Marketing and Communications, marking a new chapter in the company’s communications and brand-building journey.
In her new position, Bornong will continue to lead Equativ’s global marketing, communications, and content strategy, overseeing internal and external communications, partner marketing initiatives, public relations, and social media strategy. The promotion reflects her long-standing contribution to strengthening Equativ’s brand presence and driving consistent, data-led storytelling across markets.

Bornong has been with Equativ for over five years, most recently serving as Director of Marketing and Communications since October 2023. During her tenure, she has played a key role in shaping Equativ’s content and communications ecosystem, leading initiatives spanning corporate rebranding, owned-data thought leadership, global social media strategy, and large-scale brand training programmes.
Prior to joining Equativ, Bornong held senior marketing and digital roles across organisations including Ipsos, Hill+Knowlton Strategies, Rodale, and Weill Cornell Graduate School of Medical Sciences. Her experience spans content marketing, data-driven communications, brand management, analytics, and integrated digital strategy.
The appointment underscores Equativ’s continued investment in leadership that blends strategic clarity with creative and data-driven execution, as the company accelerates its growth across global markets.
