Pallavi Singh has concluded her stint at VIDA World, where she served as Head of Customer Experience and Revenue, bringing her association with the company to a close.
With over a decade of leadership experience across the automotive and mobility sectors, Singh has built a strong track record in marketing, digital transformation and customer-led growth. During her time at VIDA World, she was responsible for shaping customer experience and revenue strategies, working across business, brand and consumer-facing functions.
Before joining VIDA World, Singh held the position of Marketing Director at BMW India. In this role, she played a key part in driving digital-first initiatives and integrating the customer journey from initial engagement through to ownership.
Earlier, she was the Founding Chief Marketing Officer at MG Motor India, where she was part of the core leadership team that launched and established the brand in the Indian market. Her responsibilities included working closely with global teams on brand strategy and market entry.
Singh also spent more than seven years at Harley-Davidson India, eventually becoming Director – Marketing and joining the India leadership team. Her work there focused on integrated marketing, community-led brand building and the creation of brand properties such as India Bike Week, Ladies of Harley and Harley Rock Riders. She began her professional journey with India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Ltd., where she held marketing roles early in her career.
