Reliance Retail has strengthened its senior leadership with the appointment of Gaurav Kapil as Senior Vice President and Business Head. In his new role, Kapil will oversee business strategy and operations, focusing on scaling growth initiatives and strengthening operational efficiency across the organisation.
Kapil brings more than 20 years of experience spanning retail, e-commerce, and consumer services. Prior to joining Reliance Retail, he served as Chief Operations Officer at OneAssist Consumer Solutions. His career also includes senior leadership stints at Craftsvilla, Snapdeal, and Flipkart, where he played a key role in building large-scale operations and enhancing customer-centric capabilities.
Known for his expertise in driving execution excellence and sustainable growth, Kapil’s appointment is expected to support Reliance Retail’s ongoing expansion and reinforce its position as one of India’s leading retail players.
