Grayling Appoints Esty Pujadas As CEO, North America

Grayling is pleased to announce the appointment of Esty Pujadas as CEO of its North America business, strengthening the our global leadership team at a time when the U.S. market presents both unique complexity and outsized opportunity for companies operating across borders.

The appointment is part of Grayling’s expansion in the region; with the goal of helping companies shape their reputation and drive growth. Grayling North America is focused on working with both multinational companies investing in the region and U.S. companies with domestic and global communications needs across relevant stakeholders, channels, and markets.

“Esty is a proven leader with a three-decade track record across the sectors reshaping the global economy,” said Richard Jukes, Global CEO of Grayling. “She has built trust at the highest levels, led integrated teams across regions, and helped clients navigate complex business, technology, and stakeholder environments. Her appointment reflects the evolving needs of companies working in and from the region.”

Grayling is focused on helping organizations strengthen reputation and stakeholder confidence where decisions are actually made: in conversations, across networks, and inside the AI-driven models that shape visibility and credibility. The result is earlier understanding, earlier consideration, and stronger traction in the moments that drive business outcomes.

“The way business and purchasing decisions get made has changed. Stakeholders remain essential, but so much of visibility and trust now also forms through AI-informed algorithms that quietly rank and filter information long before a conversation begins,” said Pujadas. “Our work with clients will reflect this current reality as we help companies show up clearly in both places.”

Pujadas brings more than 30 years of experience advising organizations including Google, Hyundai, IBM, Lenovo, Nokia, P&G, Telefonica, Tyson Foods, Samsung, Visa, Wells Fargo, and Zoetis. She most recently served as Americas COO at the private equity–backed shareholder and stakeholder advisory firm Sodali & Co and previously held executive leadership roles in global communications, corporate affairs, and stakeholder advisory at Next 15/The Booth Group and Ketchum.

Pujadas will be based in New York and report directly to Global CEO, Richard Jukes.
