Hungama Digital Media Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. has announced that Siddhartha Roy has stepped down from his role as Chief Executive Officer, marking the end of a defining phase for the digital entertainment company.
During his tenure, Roy played a crucial role in expanding Hungama’s presence across music, video, gaming, and new consumer experiences. Under his guidance, the company broadened its international footprint, built strong partnerships within the telecom, OEM, and distribution sectors, and deepened its relationships with content creators and production houses. Today, Hungama caters to millions of users in over 90 countries.

His career has been shaped by a consistent focus on digital innovation, user engagement, and shaping modern entertainment experiences for India’s evolving audience.
Reflecting on his exit, Siddhartha said, “Hungama has been far more than a role — it has been a space of innovation, passion, and continuous growth.
