Burson has announced the promotion of Snigdha Sidhra to the role of Director, marking a significant step forward in her ten-year career spanning brand strategy and integrated communications.
Sidhra shared the news on LinkedIn, stating, “I am excited to share that I am starting a new position as Director at Burson! The last few years have been a period of intense pressure and immense transformation. I felt totally pushed out of my comfort zone when I joined Burson, but I quickly realized that’s exactly where the real growth is. I would describe the process like being on a high-speed potter’s wheel—constantly stretching, challenging, and shaping me into the professional I needed to become.”
Over the past three years at Burson, Sidhra has held multiple leadership positions, including associate director, contributing across brand strategy, account leadership, crisis communication, content strategy, planning, and media relations. Her work has spanned complex client mandates and high-stakes communication challenges.
Before joining Burson, she served as account director at Genesis BCW, where she led reputation management, digital-first communication programs and executive positioning across several industries. Previously, she spent more than seven years at PR Pundit in roles from consultant to senior account manager, overseeing communication for leading FMCG and consumer brands.
Sidhra began her career through internships and trainee stints at EZMA Fine Cashmere, Actimedia, Avian Media, TV Today, Hindustan Times and NDTV – giving her a strong grounding in media and editorial processes early on.
Her promotion to director reflects Burson’s confidence in her strategic acumen, leadership capabilities, and ability to drive integrated communication programs across sectors.
