Dubai, United Arab Emirates – October 2025: Deloitte Middle East has announced the appointment of Andy Heath as Managing Director – People & Purpose for its Technology and Transformation business. In this strategic leadership role, Andy will oversee people strategy, workforce transformation, and culture initiatives across the region, further strengthening Deloitte’s commitment to empowering professionals and delivering exceptional client value throughout the Middle East.
With over two decades of global experience in human resources, organizational development, and transformation, Andy brings a proven track record of driving people-centric growth across consulting, engineering, and professional services sectors.
During his six years with Deloitte Middle East, Andy has played a pivotal role in building a high-growth, people-first business ecosystem. As Director – People & Purpose, he established a fit-for-purpose HR and people function that supported the firm’s expansion from 400 to over 1,500 employees across eight locations in six countries. His leadership has strengthened frameworks for recruitment, HR operations, and learning & development, enabling Deloitte to scale sustainably while enhancing employee experience.
Before joining Deloitte, Andy served as Director of Organisational Development at the Special Projects Office of HRH Princess Haya Bint Al Hussein, contributing to strategic HR excellence across multiple institutions, including Godolphin, Al Jalila Children’s Hospital, and Dubai Healthcare City.
Earlier, Andy spent over a decade at Aon, where he held senior leadership roles such as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Organisational Effectiveness & Performance. He led large-scale HR transformation and performance management projects for clients across key industries including banking, government, healthcare, and telecom, driving impactful organizational change across the Middle East.
His early career included HR leadership roles at Buro Happold, where he established international HR operations across the Middle East, North America, and Europe, and at Nabarro LLP (now CMS), where he began his career in graduate recruitment and professional development.
Throughout his distinguished career, Andy Heath has focused on developing people-first organizations that balance growth, purpose, and sustainability — values that align strongly with Deloitte’s mission to make an impact that matters across the Middle East.
