Audion Strengthens European Commercial Leadership With New Strategic Hires In Italy And France

London; 2 July 2025: Audion, a European specialist in digital audio advertising and monetisation technologies, has announced the appointments of Emiliano Grassi as sales director Italy and Margaux David as sales manager France. The newly created roles reinforce Audion’s commitment to building strong local expertise in key markets as it develops its growth plans for Europe.

Emiliano Grassi brings more than 20 years of experience in media and advertising, spanning both traditional and digital ecosystems. A graduate of the State University of Milan, Grassi began his career at Viacom, playing a pivotal role in the launch of MTV Advertising. He went on to lead sales teams at RCS Mediagroup before joining Amazon Ads in 2015, where he held senior commercial positions and helped develop one of the first retail media propositions in the country. Grassi’s expertise in digital strategy, data, and e-commerce will be instrumental in accelerating Audion’s expansion in Italy.

Margaux David has over a decade of experience in digital media and advertising, with in-depth expertise in integrated media strategies and performance marketing. She began her career in audit at Deloitte before moving into business development roles at leading organisations such as Canal+, Hopscotch, and Lagardère, where she led multi-channel advertising campaigns across sectors including health, finance, and beauty.

David later joined Invibes Advertising, playing a pivotal role in launching the company in the UK, before moving to Teads in London as performance sales director, managing major agency accounts and driving substantial revenue growth. Currently based in Paris, most recently she served as senior digital sales manager at RTL AdAlliance, advising top media agencies and advertisers on advanced digital solutions such as addressable TV, social video, and Samsung Ads.

David now brings her international experience and strategic vision to Audion, where she will contribute to strengthening the company’s commercial organisation in France under the leadership of Nicolas Thorin, managing director France.
