Neha Ahuja Bhutani Joins Coca-Cola India & Southwest Asia As VP Of Strategy

Coca-Cola India has announced the appointment of Neha Ahuja Bhutani as Vice President – Strategy for India and Southwest Asia, effective June 1, 2025. In her new capacity, Neha will be responsible for driving strategic priorities and leading transformative growth initiatives across the region.

Neha brings to the role nearly two decades of consulting experience, having most recently served as Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG). During her 17-year tenure at BCG, she led several large-scale, high-impact projects across consumer goods, automotive, and technology sectors.

Her extensive experience includes leading a brand strategy transformation for a global food and beverage company, spearheading revenue optimisation efforts, and launching a digital venture for a multinational industrial firm. Neha’s cross-regional experience, spanning India, the Middle East, and Africa, is expected to play a vital role in shaping Coca-Cola’s long-term strategic vision in one of its fastest-growing markets.

Her appointment underscores Coca-Cola’s focus on strengthening leadership to accelerate market development and adapt to dynamic business environments in the region.
