Bringing with him over 18 years of diverse experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) space, Mr. Roy has held leadership roles at leading organizations such as Britannia, Cadbury, Godrej Consumer Products, Tata Consumer Products, and most recently, Dabur India Ltd. Throughout his career, he has successfully led trade and channel strategies with a focus on driving customer-centric outcomes and sustainable business expansion.
In his new role at Parag Milk Foods, Mr. Roy will lead the company’s business strategy and operations with a key focus on revenue growth, category expansion, and execution excellence across multiple verticals. His appointment is expected to further strengthen Parag’s positioning in the dairy and nutrition sector.
