PepsiCo has appointed Nitin Bhandari as Vice President and General Manager for India and South Asia Beverages. Based in Gurugram, he will oversee the region’s beverage operations.
Bhandari announced the appointment via LinkedIn.

He succeeds George Kovoor, who will retire as Senior Vice President and General Manager for India Beverages on March 31, 2025.
Bhandari brings nearly 20 years of experience with PepsiCo, having held leadership roles in India, Southeast Asia, and the Pacific. Previously, as Vice President and Chief Growth Officer for PepsiCo India, he led initiatives across food and beverage categories in India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Nepal. He has also managed operations in the Philippines, Malaysia, and Singapore, covering both beverage and food segments.
