Punit Bhatt, a seasoned management expert with more than 14 years of marketing and advertising experience, has joined Honda Cars as Head of Advertising and Brand Promotions. He announced his appointment on LinkedIn.
Bhatt previously held the position of Assistant General Manager at SKODA India, where he developed from an advertising specialist to a marketing communications leader for a high-end automaker. He has also shared his knowledge with companies like Havas, Publicis Communications, and Hover Automotive India over the course of his career.

Reflecting on his time with SKODA, he shared
“My journey at Å koda has been nothing but an incredible ride. I am grateful to Tarun Jha for entrusting me with an extraordinary opportunity three years ago. His faith in my abilities empowered me to transition from an advertising guy to spearhead marketing communications for a premium automobile brand.
While my association with the brand has been a decade long, it is the passion that nurtured my confidence in managing multiple responsibilities.
Today as I bid adieu to this brand, I couldn’t have asked for anything more with the kind of experience and exposure it gave. From winning awards to working on the biggest product launches (today with Kylaq) to leading a team, yes it’s been an incredible fast-pace ride. I want to thank the leaders, team, colleagues, and agency partners for their contribution in this journey.
