Dabur India Names Saurabh Lal as Executive Director – Global Operations

Dabur India Limited has named Saurabh Lal as Executive Director of Global Operations. With a proven track record of success in global supply chain management, Saurabh will be in charge of overseeing the Dabur Group’s supply chain and end-to-end global operations in 11 different countries.

Lal previously held the position of Senior Director, Supply Chain Network | Planning | Logistics | Digital SC for APAC/Middle East/Africa at Kellanova (formerly Kellogg Company). He was instrumental in supply chain optimization, digital transformation, and long-term capacity planning across multiple business units, resulting in streamlined operations and increased efficiency throughout the region.

Lal began working for Unilever in 1995 in the production and manufacturing division. He holds a B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Jalandhar. He spent eighteen years working for the company.
