Sanjeev Mulchandani has been promoted to Executive Vice President – Network Sales & Business Head for the English Cluster at Associated Broadcasting (TV9 Network), a strategic move to strengthen the company’s English news operations. Sanjeev moves into this new position with a strong emphasis on generating revenue growth and cultivating strategic partnerships, having previously served as Branch Head for the West and East regions.
Mulchandani has been a valued member of the TV9 team for nearly five years, bringing extensive media industry experience. He previously worked as Zonal Head of Sales (West & South) at Zee Entertainment from 2017 to 2020. His career in news broadcasting has spanned two decades, with key roles at Zee News, iTV Network, Network18, Star India, Reliance Broadcast, Aidem (for NDTV), Hindustan Times, Hutchison Essar, and Hindustan Lever.
Mulchandani will oversee boosting revenue growth and establishing strategic alliances as News9’s new leader to improve the channel’s standing in the English news market. He is qualified to guide News9 toward greater success because of his wealth of experience and track record.
Sanjeev is a key growth driver for TV9’s English cluster, having worked in media, FMCG, and telecom for more than 22 years. His areas of expertise include business development, revenue generation, strategic leadership, advertising, communication, and sales.
