Kedar Lele, who previously led Hindustan Unilever (HUL) as Executive Director and Head of Sales & Customer Development, South Asia, is set to join Castrol India as Managing Director on November 1, 2024, per media reports. Lele will start as Vice President, Castrol India and South Asia on October 1, 2024, before becoming MD. Lele made his departure from HUL official earlier this month.
Lele joined the FMCG giant in April 2004 and returned in November 2010, building up over two decades of experience in advertising, FMCG marketing, sales and customer development, and general management. He has collaborated with businesses like Mudra Communications, Kimberly Clark Lever, and Monster.com over his career.
