Plum Announces the Appointment of Priya Sunil as Chief Human Resources Officer
Leading Insurtech business Plum has announced Priya Sunil’s appointment as the new chief human resources officer (CHRO). Priya joins Plum with a wealth of experience in talent management and organizational development, along with a Master’s degree in Applied Social Psychology.

Priya’s career has been distinguished by her dedication to using her work to effect meaningful change. Her exposure to large societal gaps during her school years inspired her to seek out and develop talent in order to address these pressing concerns. Priya’s work with well-known non-profits like The Akanksha Foundation, Teach for India, and The/Nudge Institute has been centered around her passions for health and education. Her interactions with these organizations have strengthened her conviction that the sense of power and belonging that employees have at work is closely related to organizational dynamics.
