Zoom Communications Selects PMG As Global Media Agency Of Record

DALLAS – March 4, 2026 – PMG, the global independent marketing services and technology company, today announced that Zoom Communications Inc. (NASDAQ: ZM) has selected the firm as its first-ever global media Agency of Record (AOR). The appointment comes as part of Zoom’s evolution beyond meetings into an AI-first workplace platform that empowers everyone, from solopreneurs to global enterprises, to connect, collaborate, and move work forward.

Zoom is committed to delivering fast, practical, and human-centered AI that helps people work smarter and connect better. Achieving this at scale to key audiences requires deep analytical capabilities across media and advertising. PMG’s differentiated platform, including Alli, its proprietary operating system, deep data integrations, forecasting, and advanced measurement and reporting capabilities, were key factors in Zoom’s selection.

“Zoom has evolved far beyond meetings into a system of action for modern work, built to turn live interaction into coordinated outcomes,” said Whitney Magnuson, Head of Brand Strategy and Activation at Zoom. “We need a media partner that matches our pace, operates with the same platform mindset, and helps us translate innovation into measurable business impact globally. PMG’s analytical rigor, flexibility, and people-first approach made them the clear choice.”

PMG will support Zoom globally. A cross-functional PMG team will partner closely with Zoom to continuously inform and optimize the brand’s full-funnel, global marketing and business growth strategy. To this end, the partnership includes developing data-backed strategic guidance, delivering core business reporting and analysis, and producing customized research. The Alli operating system will be front and center every step of the way from strategy to execution, driving measurable business value through the combined strength of human expertise and technology.

“Zoom is redefining what modern work looks like by putting people first and making AI practical, accessible, and human-centered,” said George Popstefanov, Founder & CEO of PMG. “Their ambition to develop a truly unified workplace platform aligns perfectly with how we think about marketing at PMG — an interconnected system driven by intelligence, agility, and outcomes. We’re excited to partner with Zoom as they continue to innovate at ‘Zoom speed’ and set new standards for how people connect and collaborate.”
