Zitcha Appoints Jim Kane as Global Vice President of Sales

Unified retail media platform Zitcha has appointed seasoned retail media sales leader Jim Kane as Global Vice President of Sales to drive its international expansion.

In this role, Kane will define and implement Zitcha’s global sales strategy, spearhead revenue growth, and expand the company’s presence in key markets. He will also build and lead a high-performance sales team while strengthening partnerships with retailers, brands, and advertising partners.

Additionally, Kane will refine Zitcha’s go-to-market strategy, leveraging data analytics and market intelligence to enhance sales performance and drive product innovation.

Bringing extensive experience in shopper marketing, retail media, and adtech, Kane previously led sales for Walmart’s Sam’s Club division at WPP’s Triad Retail Media, playing a key role in its post-acquisition integration. He also helped launch the first retail media network in the sporting goods sector at DICK’S Sporting Goods and has advised C-suite executives on retail growth strategies.

Speaking on his new role, Kane said,

Meanwhile, Nick Hinsley, Zitcha’s chief revenue officer, commented

Kane’s appointment comes on the heels of Zitcha’s recent addition of Debra Berman (former Chief Marketing Officer at Yahoo and JCPenney) and Jonathan Waecker (who has held senior marketing and global executive roles at Yahoo, The Walt Disney Company, Zynga, and most recently The Warehouse Group, New Zealand’s largest retail group) to senior advisory positions, reinforcing the company’s commitment to accelerating its global expansion.
