Zepto has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Navdeep Sachdeva as Senior Vice President and Head of Procurement. In his new role, Sachdeva will lead procurement across supply chain, logistics, technology, and marketing, supporting Zepto’s rapid scale and evolving operational requirements.
Sachdeva brings nearly 20 years of experience spanning procurement, strategic sourcing, and commercial operations across large consumer and technology-led organisations. Prior to joining Zepto, he spent close to six years at PhonePe, most recently as Group Head – Strategic Sourcing, where he managed sourcing for marketing, IT, facilities, HR, and call centre operations.
Before PhonePe, Sachdeva held several leadership roles at Flipkart, including Director – Commercials, overseeing key services and procurement functions. Earlier in his career, he spent over nine years at Bharti Airtel, managing pan-India procurement across services, IT projects, facilities, HR, and insurance. He began his professional journey at EXL Services India, working on insurance operations.

With this appointment, Zepto aims to further strengthen its procurement capabilities as it continues to expand its quick commerce footprint across India.
