YAAP has announced a key leadership expansion with the appointment of Ajay Mishra as Chief Technology Officer for the YAAP Group, alongside naming Nishant Radia, Founder of Vidooly, as Head of Platforms. The appointments mark a significant step in YAAP’s focus on building proprietary technology, data capabilities, and owned platforms.
In his role as Head of Platforms, Nishant Radia will lead YAAP’s platforms and products charter, focusing on scaling in-house technology, data intelligence frameworks, and owned solutions across influencer marketing, content intelligence, brand performance analytics, and creator ecosystems.
This leadership move coincides with the launch of YAAP’s dedicated Tech Hub in Noida, which will act as the central engine for the group’s technology and product innovation.

As part of the same expansion, Ajay Mishra—also a former founder of Vidooly—has joined YAAP as Chief Technology Officer. In this role, he will oversee the group’s end-to-end technology architecture, engineering excellence, data infrastructure, and AI roadmap, strengthening YAAP’s ambition to become a technology-led marketing ecosystem.
