YAAP Digital Attracts Pre-IPO Investment from Mukul Agrawal and India Ahead Venture Fund

YAAP Digital Limited has raised strategic funding from investor Mukul Agrawal and the Sunil Singhania-led India Ahead Venture Fund ahead of its planned stock market debut.

The company submitted its Draft Red Herring Prospectus in July as part of preparations for a public listing, positioning itself as a technology-driven marketing and analytics platform.

Both investors picked up 7,20,400 shares each, translating to around 4.68 per cent ownership per investor. The stake purchase highlights growing market confidence in YAAP Digital’s artificial intelligence-led marketing solutions, analytics capabilities, and performance measurement tools.
