Prior to Wavemaker, Rai held a key global role at Mondelēz International as the Global Media Investment and AMEA Customer Experience Lead, where she played a pivotal role in unlocking marketing ROI across multiple international markets. Her data-driven, customer-first approach made a measurable difference: the AMEA CX team delivered over 10% YOY media ROI growth for six consecutive years.
With over 25 years of marketing and media experience, Rai’s journey spans across leading global networks including IPG, Publicis, and Havas, giving her a well-rounded view of the evolving media landscape.
