Voltas has announced the elevation of Pragya Bijalwan to its senior management team, as disclosed in a recent regulatory filing.
The company confirmed that Bijalwan has been designated as senior management personnel effective April 6, 2026, in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations.
She has been serving as Head of Marketing and Communications at Voltas since December 2024. Before joining the organisation, Bijalwan held key roles at Crompton, Castrol, AkzoNobel, and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation.
With over 20 years of experience, she brings extensive expertise across sales and marketing functions. Her skill set includes digital strategy, large-scale advertising, product portfolio management, consumer insights, corporate communications, and public relations.
The elevation is effective immediately and forms part of Voltas’ broader senior leadership framework, reinforcing the company’s focus on strengthening its marketing and communications capabilities.
