Hangal has been with Mondelēz International for more than 11 years, contributing across multiple strategic roles. Most recently, she served as Director – Omnichannel, where she led the Organized Trade function for Mondelez India Foods. Her responsibilities spanned Modern Trade across B2C and B2B formats, as well as E-Commerce channels including quick commerce, e-grocery, and online marketplaces.

With over two decades of experience, Vidya Kailasam Hangal is a seasoned business leader known for building and scaling high-growth brands across leading consumer goods organisations. Her career spans premier CPG companies such as Mondelēz, Britannia, and Coca-Cola, with earlier roles at Britannia Industries Limited, Novartis Consumer Health, and The Coca-Cola Company.

In her new role, Hangal will focus on strengthening category strategy, customer marketing, and activation initiatives, further reinforcing Mondelēz International’s leadership across channels and categories.
