His leadership was central to elevating the network’s people strategy during a period of rapid evolution and growth.
During his tenure, Unmesh strengthened dentsu’s leadership pipeline, built distinctive talent capabilities, and steered people-centric transformation across complex organisational structures. His mandate included overseeing end-to-end talent strategy and partnering closely with the South Asia leadership team to build a cohesive, high-performance culture designed to attract and retain top talent.
Recognised for his expertise in HR transformation, organisational design, human capital strategy, employee experience, and leadership coaching, Unmesh has been widely respected for his ability to shape strong teams and modern talent ecosystems.
