Unicommerce eSolutions has reinforced its leadership team with the appointment of Abhishek Mangaraj as Senior Director – Customer Success and Divya Sharma as Director – Marketing, in a strategic move to further accelerate its customer-centric growth and market positioning.
In his new role, Abhishek will be spearheading operations related to customer success across India, including key account management, support, and retention. He brings close to 15 years of cross-industry experience in global markets and has led initiatives in Conversational AI, CRM, Omnichannel strategy, and more. Before joining Unicommerce, he served as Vice President of Customer Success at Kapture CX.

On the marketing front, Divya Sharma will lead the company’s branding and demand generation strategies across Unicommerce, Shipway, and Convertway. With over 10 years of leadership experience in SaaS and consumer-tech, she has held impactful roles at companies like CleverTap, Locus, and Ai Palette. Divya will focus on building a robust marketing engine and driving growth across domestic and global markets.
