Tilt Appoints Subbaraju Alluri As CEO for Southeast Asia

Integrated creative agency Tilt has announced the appointment of Subbaraju Alluri as its Chief Executive Officer for Southeast Asia, further strengthening its leadership team as the agency continues to scale its footprint in the region. Alluri, who has been serving as a board member since January, will now drive Tilt’s strategic growth initiatives across SEA.

Bringing with him a legacy of transformation and innovation across the marketing ecosystem, Alluri is poised to deepen Tilt’s integrated service capabilities and steer the agency’s expansion across high-potential Asian markets.

Alluri’s career has spanned a variety of leadership roles across renowned global networks. From his early days at JWT Worldwide to leading client services at RAPP, and eventually driving multi-market growth as Group CEO for Grey Group in Indonesia and Thailand, his journey is marked by a track record of evolving agency models to meet the demands of a changing digital world.

During his time at Grey, he spearheaded initiatives such as Batey Productions, an in-house content creation and production arm, and launched Grey Voice Lab, a consulting practice that embraced voice technology. As Managing Director – Asia at Genero, Alluri forged and scaled partnerships with digital giants like Meta, Google, TikTok, and Amazon.

Having worked across a diverse set of categories and with some of the world’s most iconic brands—P&G, Unilever, GSK, Nestlé, Hilton, BMW, and Citi, among others—his cross-industry expertise positions him well to lead Tilt into its next growth chapter.

A media report stated, “Alluri will lead the agency’s regional growth strategy, strengthen their integrated service offering, and further deepen Tilt’s presence across key Asian markets.”
