After working for a variety of companies including Reliance Industries, Thomson Reuters, Eicher Consulting Services, Hutchison Essar Telecom, and Vodafone, Sanchayan joined Modenik Lifestyle, a PE-backed company. He has experience in a wide range of industries and roles. Between them, he embarked on an entrepreneurial journey and established KaryaMitr, a tech-enabled platform designed for training and skill development targeted at the traditional workplace.

Sanchayan received his undergraduate degree from Delhi University and her postgraduate degree in management from XLRI Jamshedpur. In order to further strengthen his leadership skills in the digital era, he also finished Cornell University’s Digital Business Leadership Program.
Role and responsibilities
Sanchayan will first spend a few weeks getting acquainted with the geographic, linguistic, and platform complexities of Network 18. Sakthi, who has spent the last eight years helping to build Network 18’s strong, systems-driven HR structures, will serve as his mentor during this transitional period. Currently residing in Bengaluru, Sanchayan intends to relocate to Mumbai.
