Neena Dasgupta, the company’s founder and CEO, has almost 25 years of experience in digital media and advertising working for illustrious companies like the BBC and ABNI (a part of the Dow Jones stable), among others. Later on, she established Zirca Digital Solutions, a stand-alone worldwide provider of digital solutions that serves prestigious customers in both the Indian and foreign markets. She has also been featured on Impact’s list of the 50 Most Influential people for three years running.
Co-founder Sarthak Dasgupta is a renowned writer, director, producer, and storyteller who was honored with the Mahindra Sundance Global Filmmaker Award and is a graduate of the Sundance Screenwriters Lab. Throughout his career, Sarthak has continuously produced powerful, culturally varied stories for television, documentaries, web series, and feature films.

Parth Arora, a seasoned producer with twenty-five years of experience working and successfully delivering award-winning projects in the film and OTT space on several platforms, including Netflix, is co-founder and chief operating officer. Along with these and other major motion picture studios, Parth has also worked for Dharma Productions, Fox Star Studios, and White Feather Films.
