Stashfin has announced the appointment of Abhishek Gupta as its Chief Technology Officer (CTO). In his new role, Gupta will lead the company’s overall technology roadmap, spanning engineering, cloud infrastructure, data and AI platforms, cybersecurity, and system scalability.
Gupta will focus on strengthening Stashfin’s technology foundation as the company expands its lending and financial services offerings. His responsibilities include enhancing platform reliability, optimising performance and costs, and ensuring technology execution remains closely aligned with business and product goals.
Prior to joining Stashfin, Gupta held senior technology leadership positions at Zupee, Creditas Solutions, Goibibo Group, and Times Internet. Across these roles, he has built and scaled consumer-facing digital platforms, led large engineering teams, and implemented AI-driven systems within high-growth environments.
A core priority in Gupta’s mandate will be embedding AI across Stashfin’s engineering, product, and operational functions. This includes applying AI to software development workflows, customer engagement systems, and collections and operations, with a strong emphasis on automation, data-led decision-making, and scalable architecture.
