Publicis Groupe’s Starcom India has secured the integrated media mandate for Flipkart Group, a business estimated to be worth nearly ₹750 crore. The win marks a shift from the previous agency partner, EssenceMediacom, part of WPP Media.
The mandate spans the entire Flipkart Group ecosystem, including Myntra, Shopsy, Cleartrip and fintech venture Super.money. Under the new engagement, Starcom India will manage both traditional and digital media responsibilities, delivering a unified, full-funnel media approach designed to enhance scale, efficiency and impact across multiple consumer touchpoints.
The account was awarded following a competitive multi-agency pitch that included participation from major networks such as Omnicom Media Group, WPP Media and Madison World. After a comprehensive evaluation, Flipkart Group selected Starcom India to lead its media strategy and execution.
Starcom India will leverage Publicis Groupe’s AI-powered Growth OS and its Connected Media framework to drive integrated planning, data-led execution and culturally relevant media solutions. The focus will be on combining insights, technology and content to deliver measurable business outcomes across platforms for the Flipkart Group.
