Spek Digital Wins Creative and Marketing Mandate for Birdy’s

In a strategic move to modernize and expand its market presence, Birdy’s, the beloved patisserie brand under Grill Splendour Services Ltd., has appointed Spek Digital LLP, a part of the Schbang Network, as its Creative Brand and Marketing Partner.

This partnership signals the beginning of a comprehensive rebranding initiative across Mumbai and the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, where Birdy’s currently operates over 40 outlets. Spek Digital will lead the brand’s 360-degree marketing mandate, which includes digital marketing campaigns, influencer collaborations, in-store activations, and a refreshed visual identity.

As part of the brand’s transformation, Birdy’s will introduce a new line of health-focused products and expand into pet-friendly café formats, responding to growing consumer trends around wellness, lifestyle, and inclusivity. These efforts are designed to connect Birdy’s legacy with the values of a younger, digital-first audience.

A major highlight of the collaboration will be the launch of ‘Birdy’s BFF Bash’ in August 2025. This family-friendly, pet-welcoming event will feature panel discussions and community experiences hosted at select Birdy’s locations across Mumbai. The event is being held in collaboration with Avantika Bahuguna, Founder of MomsLeagueGlobal, and aims to foster real-life connections in an increasingly online world.
