Connected TV’s–focused advertising platform CTV SCALE has announced the appointment of Somendu Singh as its Chief Contributor, marking a key step in the company’s efforts to build a premium and transparent Connected TV (CTV) advertising ecosystem.
In this newly created role, Singh will take on a deeply involved, cross-functional mandate. His responsibilities will span product vision and innovation, business strategy, publisher partnerships, and media innovation. He will work closely with teams to shape an ad tech solution built exclusively for Connected TV, while outlining growth strategies aimed at positioning CTV SCALE as a leader in the premium CTV advertising space.
A core focus of Singh’s role will be safeguarding and enhancing the value of OTT, OEM, and native app inventories, while setting higher benchmarks for transparency, efficiency, and quality across the CTV ecosystem.

Before joining CTV SCALE, Singh was associated with India TV as a Digital Strategist for over four years. His professional journey also includes leadership roles at India Today, Digital Quotient, GoBindas Entertainment Pvt Ltd, Applied Mobile Labs, Ahoy Telecom, and Dun & Bradstreet India, where he began his career in product sales in 2009.
With close to 20 years of industry experience, Singh brings strong capabilities across AdTech, product and business strategy, content planning, brand strategy, and product marketing. His appointment reflects CTV SCALE’s ambition to go beyond being a conventional ad tech platform and instead play a defining role in shaping the future of Connected TV advertising.
