Airtel has elevated Shreyas Mehrotra to the role of Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Digital Sales at Airtel Business. Alongside this expanded mandate, he will continue to lead marketing for Nxtra by Airtel and Airtel Digital, now rebranded as Xtelify.
Mehrotra has been with Airtel since June 2018, having held multiple leadership roles across brand and B2C marketing, including several key product launches. In 2022, he moved into Airtel Business, where his leadership played a pivotal role in accelerating the company’s cloud and digital-first focus. This included the launch of Airtel Cloud, the scaling of Xtelify, and building a stronger, more differentiated B2B brand presence.
In his elevated role, Mehrotra will focus on scaling Airtel Business’ marketing and digital sales functions, while further strengthening the organisation’s leadership across enterprise and digital solutions.
