Shout Digital Appoints Megan Moloney as Chief Customer Officer

Shout Digital has announced the appointment of Megan Moloney to the newly created position of Chief Customer Officer (CCO), as the independent digital agency deepens its focus on client retention, strategic account growth, and service excellence.

With more than 130 retained clients and a fully remote team, Shout Digital is experiencing strong, consistent momentum under the leadership of Founder & CEO Michael Jenkins. The addition of a Chief Customer Officer marks a significant investment in the agency’s commitment to long-term client partnerships and value creation.

Moloney brings a customer-first philosophy and a proven growth track record, having led major account functions at Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, and Online Marketing Gurus, where she scaled a 30-member client success team and helped steer the agency’s global expansion. Most recently, she led partnerships at a health-tech scale-up and completed executive education at Harvard Business School, specialising in scalable online business models.

As CCO, Moloney will oversee Shout’s entire account management division, ensuring proactive delivery across all service lines while identifying new growth opportunities for client brands.
