Shailja Saraswati Varghese has launched Unstoppable Network, a leadership architecture platform designed to strengthen inner authority, executive recalibration, and resilience in high-pressure environments.
Sharing the announcement on LinkedIn, Varghese clarified that the initiative is not a new designation but the formalisation of years of work centred on content, culture, and leadership. In her post, she described Unstoppable Network as a commitment to institutionalising inner authority as a non-negotiable leadership standard, adding that the platform has been built to anchor leaders as scale increases and external pressure intensifies.
Most recently, Varghese served as Chief Content Officer at Omnicom Media Group India from March 2021 to January 2026. During the same period, she also created and hosted the Unstoppable Woman Podcast, her flagship intellectual property, and developed long-form mindfulness and transformation content on YouTube.
Previously, she was Head of Content ZEE5 – SVA at ZEE5 in London between March 2020 and March 2021. She also founded and led Poetryechoes as Managing Director in London from 2018 to 2020.
Her international experience includes serving as Head of Content Solutions – South East Asia at Brand New Media, and as Regional Director, Entertainment | Sports | Partnerships – South East Asia at WPP. In 2016, she was a Jury Member for Lions Entertainment at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.
In India, Varghese has held senior leadership roles including Head Content and Network Operations at National Geographic, Senior Consultant – Media and Entertainment at EY, and Senior Executive Producer – Programming and Acquisition at UTV.
Earlier in her career, she worked with Discovery Inc. in content programming and ad sales, Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited in television advertising solutions, and began her professional journey as a Radio Drama Artist at All India Radio, laying the foundation for a decades-long career in storytelling and broadcast media.
With Unstoppable Network, Varghese now turns her focus to shaping leadership culture, positioning the platform as a structured framework to help leaders remain grounded and effective as organisational complexity grows.
